Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of Raff Comme websites, applications, and products, including Ribhi. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
Ribhi is a profit analytics tool for e-commerce merchants. It combines store data, product cost inputs, operating cost rules, and advertising reporting data to help merchants estimate profit, product profitability, and campaign profitability.
2. Not accounting, tax, or financial advice
Ribhi provides analytical and estimated reporting for business decision support. It is not an accounting system, tax filing service, audit tool, or replacement for professional accounting advice. Merchants are responsible for verifying financial information with their accountant or finance team.
3. Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for providing accurate cost inputs, fee rules, product data, and access permissions. If product costs, shipping fees, payment fees, return data, or advertising attribution are incomplete or inaccurate, the reports may be incomplete or inaccurate.
4. Advertising platform integrations
When a merchant connects an advertising platform such as TikTok Ads, the merchant authorizes Ribhi to access the selected reporting data for analytics purposes. Ribhi does not create, edit, publish, or manage TikTok ads as part of the current intended integration.
5. Estimated metrics
Metrics such as net profit, ROAS, POAS, and campaign profitability may be estimates. Differences can occur because of delayed returns, attribution windows, platform reporting differences, missing COGS, payment settlement timing, tax treatment, and third-party data changes.
6. Acceptable use
Merchants agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, reverse engineer the platform, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party platform terms.
7. Third-party services
Ribhi may connect to third-party platforms such as e-commerce platforms, advertising platforms, payment providers, and communication providers. We are not responsible for third-party outages, data inaccuracies, API changes, or policy changes.
8. Fees and subscriptions
Paid plans, if offered, will be billed according to the selected plan. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a separate written agreement or required by law.
9. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raff Comme will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or reliance on estimated reports.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a merchant violates these Terms, creates security risk, or uses the service unlawfully. Merchants may stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting us.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
