Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Raf Alsinaah Establishment (Commercial Registration No. 7053670704, Saudi Arabia), operating the Ribhi product, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when merchants use our website, applications, and integrations.

1. Information we collect

Depending on the features a merchant chooses to use, Ribhi may collect:

• Account information such as name, business name, email address, and contact details.
• Store data such as products, SKUs, orders, order values, discounts, payment method, shipping information, return or cancellation status, and other operational data provided by the connected commerce platform.
• Product cost information entered or uploaded by the merchant, such as COGS and cost rules.
• Advertising reporting data from connected advertising platforms such as TikTok Ads or Meta Ads, including campaign names, ad group names, ad names, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, attributed revenue, and daily performance metrics.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, log data, and usage events needed to secure and improve the service.

2. How we use information

We use the information to provide profit analytics, dashboards, reports, and recommendations to the authenticated merchant. This includes calculating estimated net profit, product profitability, campaign profitability, ROAS, POAS, and related performance metrics.

We do not use merchant advertising data to create, edit, publish, or manage ads unless the merchant separately authorizes a future feature for that purpose. The current intended TikTok integration is read-only reporting and analytics.

3. TikTok data use

When a merchant connects a TikTok Ads account, Ribhi uses TikTok advertising reporting data only to display analytics to that merchant inside Ribhi and to calculate profit-based advertising metrics. We do not sell TikTok data, share it with unrelated third parties, or use it for targeting other users.

4. Sharing information

We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the service, such as hosting providers, analytics tools, email providers, payment processors, and customer support tools. These providers are only authorized to process information as needed to provide their services to us.

We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Raf Alsinaah Establishment, Ribhi, merchants, or others.

5. Data retention

We retain merchant data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Merchants may request deletion of their data by contacting us.

6. Data deletion and disconnection

Merchants can disconnect connected platforms from the Ribhi settings page when available, or by contacting us. To request deletion of data, email info@raff-comme.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law or legitimate security/accounting needs.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect merchant data, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage of access tokens, scoped access limited to the authenticated merchant, and access controls that restrict who can view merchant data. Advertising access tokens obtained through platform authorization are stored securely and are never shared with other merchants or unrelated third parties. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. International processing

Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. By using the service, merchants understand that information may be transferred and processed outside their country of residence.

9. Children

Ribhi is a business service and is not intended for children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
